CARACTERÍSTICAS ECOLÓGICO Evita la tala de árboles, conservando nuestros bosques y manteniendo el equilibrio medioambiental. SIN DESGASTE Resiste al desgaste sin pérdidas de aspecto. Su dureza le convierte en un producto ideal para todas las superficies. INALTERABLE La superficie del material soporta el efecto del sol sin que se produzcan cambios en el color y tonos originales. APTO PARA TRÁNSITO PEATONAL En situaciones de tránsito peatonal intenso, propio de espacios como hoteles, centros comerciales, espacios públicos o restaurantes, muestra un buen comportamiento. SIN MANTENIMIENTO No precisa ningún tipo de tratamiento superficial tras la instalación, ni mantenimientos posteriores. APTO PARA CALEFACCIÓN RADIANTE Es idóneo para utilizar con sistemas de calefacción radiante bajo el pavimento. RESISTENTE AL FUEGO Es ignífugo de acuerdo con los requisitos que establece el Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE), norma de obligado cumplimiento en España. No sólo no se quema, sino que actúa como barrera en caso de incendio. ANTIDESLIZANTE La resistencia al deslizamiento de la superficie responde, en la mayoría de los acabados, a las exigencias del Código Técnico de la Edificación para la Clase 1 (ver propiedades antideslizantes en cada caso). ANTIHUMEDAD Repele el agua por su baja porosidad. Es un material idóneo para zonas en las que está presente la humedad, como baños o cocinas. Óptimo también para exteriores en el entorno de piscinas, así como para cualquier superficie situada al aire libre. I+D+i La investigación ha llevado a la aplicación de nanotecnología en los procesos de producción de PAR-KER AntiSlip.

UNALTERABLE PAR-KER’s surface can withstand the effects of sunlight, with its original colour and shade remaining unaltered. SUITABLE FOR PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC PAR-KER performs well in places subject to heavy pedestrian traffic such as hotels, shopping centres, public facilities and restaurants. NO MAINTENANCE Once it has been laid, PAR-KER needs no surface treatment or subsequent maintenance. SUITABLE FOR RADIANT HEATED FLOORS It is perfect for use with under-floor heating systems. RESISTANT TO FIRE PAR-KER is rated as fireproof under the Spanish Building Code (the CTE), a mandatory building regulation in Spain. Not only is it non-combustible, but it also acts as a barrier in the event of fire. NON SLIP The slip resistance of most of its surface finishes meets the Class-1 requirements of the Spanish Building Code (the CTE). DAMP PROOF Due to its low porosity, PAR-KER repels water. This makes it ideal for wet areas such as bathrooms or kitchens. It is also perfect for poolside areas or for any other outdoor surface. R&D & innovation Research developments have led to the incorporation of nanotechnology in the production of non-slip versions of PAR-KER.

DUREZA HARDNESS Resiste al desgaste sin pérdidas de aspecto. PAR-KER are porcelain tiles able to withstand the wear and tear that comes with continuous use. PAR-KER’s surface withstands the effects of sunlight, with no change occurring in its original colour or shade. The ceramic stains used to decorate PAR-KER ceramic parquets are unaffected by sunlight however long the exposure time. This makes ceramic parquet perfect for use indoors, on outdoor surfaces and as cladding on façades.

TRÁNSITO PEATONAL PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC Hoteles, restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, boutiques, grandes superficies... En situaciones de tránsito peatonal intenso, propio de espacios como hoteles, centros comerciales o restaurantes, muestra un óptimo comportamiento. La resistencia a la abrasión de su superficie y el nulo desgaste provocado por un uso continuado avalan la durabilidad de PAR-KER en cualquier espacio con una intensidad elevada de tráfico peatonal.

SIN MANTENIMIENTO NO MAINTENANCE No precisa ningún tipo de tratamiento superficial tras la instalación, ni mantenimientos posteriores. Los revestimientos y pavimentos cerámicos son los materiales que presentan menos exigencias en las operaciones de mantenimiento y limpieza para su óptima conservación. El hecho de que el parquet cerámico no requiera de ningún tipo de tratamiento especial ni mantenimiento posterior a su colocación le otorga una posición ventajosa para la conservación de su aspecto superficial.
Once PAR-KER has been laid, it needs no surface treatment or subsequent maintenance. Ceramic wall and floor coverings require the least cleaning and maintenance to keep them in optimum conditions. Because ceramic parquet does not require any kind of special treatment or subsequent maintenance once it has been laid, PAR-KER easily conserves its original visual appeal, making it a definite superior choice.

PROPIEDADES ANTIDESLIZANTES NON-SLIP PROPERTIES La resistencia al deslizamiento de la superficie responde, en la mayoría de los casos, a las exigencias del Código Técnico de la Edificación para la Clase 1. PAR-KER cumple los requerimientos que exige el Código Técnico de la Edificación para su catalogación como Clase 1, siendo óptima para su instalación en espacios interiores secos con pendiente inferior al 6%. Además, PAR-KER incluye versiones AntiSlip capaces de cumplir con las más altas exigencias del CTE, aptas para áreas exteriores e incluso zonas contiguas a las piscinas (Clase 3).
In most cases, PAR-KER’s surface finishes are rated as having a Class-1 slip resistance under the Spanish Building Code (the CTE). PAR-KER meets Class-1 slip resistance requirements under the Spanish Building Code (the CTE). This makes it ideal for use in dry indoor areas with a slope of less than 6%. I+D+i R&D & innovation Sus superficies antideslizantes han sido evolucionadas gracias a la aplicación de NANOTECNOLOGÍA. La constante investigación para el desarrollo de nuevos productos y la mejora de las técnicas de fabricación han confluido en la aplicación de la nanotecnología en la producción de las versiones AntiSlip de PAR-KER. Estos avances tecnológicos permiten trabajar a nivel molecular para obtener una textura mucho más suave, libre de asperezas y con mayor similitud con la pieza base, conservando la seguridad de un pavimento AntiSlip.
NANOTECHNOLOGY has been used to develop PAR-KER’s non-slip surfaces. Constant research into the development of new products and improvements in manufacturing techniques have led to the application of nanotechnology in the production of the non-slip versions of PAR-KER. Thanks to these technological breakthroughs, it is possible to work at a molecular level to achieve a much smoother, less rough texture with a greater similarity to the standard version of ceramic parquet, while also ensuring the safe grip of non-slip flooring.

Slip Resistance
El CTE, Código Técnico de la Edificación, dentro de su Documento Básico de seguridad de Utilización 1 “DB SU 1 - seguridad frente al riesgo de caídas”, define los requisitos que debe cumplir un suelo para poder ser utilizado como pavimento de los edificios o zonas de uso sanitario, docente, comercial, administrativo, aparcamiento y pública concurrencia (excluidas las zonas de uso restringido). Para ello, el pavimento deberá cumplir con un valor mínimo al deslizamiento “Rd”.
Muchos fabricantes europeos de suelos, usan ensayos del tipo de la rampa para clasificar sus productos en función del grado de deslizamiento. Estos ensayos se llevan a cabo generalmente, usando la norma alemana DIN 51130.
El valor de resistencia al deslizamiento “Rd”, se determina mediante el ensayo del péndulo descrito en el Anexo A de la norma UNE-ENV 12633: 2003.
Safety of Use” Basic Document 1 (“DB SU 1 – Preventing Falls”) of the Spanish Building Code (the CTE in Spanish) defines the requirements that a floor covering must meet in buildings or areas used for health-related, educational, commercial, administrative or public purposes or for parking (excluding areas of restricted use). To comply, the flooring must achieve a minimum slip resistance (Rd) value. The slip resistance (Rd) value is determined using the pendulum test described in Appendix A of standard UNE-ENV 12633: 2003. The following table shows the rating system for flooring, depending on its slip resistance:
El método implica el uso de sujetos que caminan adelante y atrás a través de un suelo impregnado y utilizado como banco de ensayos en forma de rampa. El grado de inclinación de la rampa se va incrementando gradualmente hasta que el sujeto que está ensayando, resbala. El ángulo medio de inclinación al que el sujeto resbala, es utilizado para calcular el ángulo crítico de deslizamiento. La norma DIN 51130 utiliza unas botas de seguridad según norma EN 345 y aceite de motor como sustancia que impregne la superficie a ensayar.
Many European flooring manufacturers use tests like the ramp test to rate their products according to their slip resistance. These tests are generally conducted using the German standard, DIN 51130. With this method, a person walks backwards and forwards on an impregnated ramp-type floor used as a test bench. The angle of the ramp is gradually increased until the person slips. The average angle at which the person slips, is used to calculate the critical angle of slip. DIN 51130 uses approved safety boots according to standard EN 345 and engine oil to impregnate the test surface.
