As Thanksgiving gets closer, we still need more boxes of stuffing, canned yams, cranberry sauce, turkey broth, and canned veggies, as well as monetary donations so we can purchase items such as margarine, biscuits, and pies. In addition to these items, we are also requesting donations of 5 or 10 pound bags of potatoes. Let's all work together so that everyone can enjoy a special Thanksgiving meal with their families. SCB School News

There is no school on Monday, November 12 for Veteran's Day. We have a full week for Thanksgiving holiday, from Monday, November 19 to Friday, November 23. Classes resume Monday, November 26.

SCB Youth Group /Grupo de Jovenes Adolecentes de SCB illuminate, Friday, November 16th, 7pm. Calling all teens and young adults to join us in a Holy Hour and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. 7:00pm – 8:00pm in the Church followed by small gathering and refreshments. Special shout out to those preparing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation/RCIA. “And behold, I am with you always”, Matthew 28:20. Gift Giving Tree- Family Registrations On Sunday, November 18 all Masses. Families in our parish can register their families or register on behalf of a needy family, to receive a gift donation for their children. Ages 0-13 if you’d like to make this Christmas extra special for a young person, look for the gift giving tree starting December 1st. Gifts will be distributed Sat. Dec. 22nd. Virtual World Youth Day – register on Sunday, November 18th after Masses from 9am – 3pm. Registration cost is $20. and includes a T-Shirt, food and overnight lodging. Announcing the 2018-2019 Effective DRE & CRE Series! The Office of Family & Faith Formation is happy to provide Directors and Coordinators of Religious Education opportunities to enhance current skills and to gain new tools in their ministry. Additionally, these gatherings are excellent opportunities to join with peers to network, fellowship, and support one another. Workshops will provided throughout the year on various topics.
