Pre-Kindergarten - Third Grade will register at Livingston High School 400 FM 350 South

• Pre-Kindergarten Program is an income based federal program.

The guidelines to qualify for our Pre-Kindergarten programs are that the student must be four (4) on or before September 1, 2017 and one of the following:

1. Eligible for Free or Reduced price lunch program 2. Non-English Speaking 3. The student is the child of an active duty, injured, killed or MIA member of the armed forces of the United States. Including the state military forces or a reserved component of the armed forces. 4. A child who is or has been in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services (CPS) following an advisory hearing relating to the child’s removal from the custody of a parent, custodian, guardian, or other caretaker. 5. The student is homeless according to state guidelines.

What To Bring:

• Birth Certificate • Updated Shot Record • Proof of Residency (electric bill with name and 911 address or rental or lease agreement)

• Driver’s License • Social Security Card • Report Card (if applicable) • Proof of Income (Pre-K required if applicable) • Foster or CPS Documents (Pre-K required if applicable) • Military Documentation (Pre-K required if applicable) For more information contact LISD (936) 328-2100

Pre-Kindergarten - Tercer Grado registraciones en Livingston High 400 FM 350 Sur • Programa de Pre-Kinder es un programa federal basado en ingresos. Los requisitos para calificar para nuestros programas de Pre-Kinder son que el estudiante debe tener cuatro (4) años o antes del 1 de septiembre de 2017, y una de las siguientes: 1. Eligible para el programa de almuerzo gratis o reducido 2. Que no hable inglés 3. El estudiante es el hijo de un servicio activo, heridos, muertos o miembro de MIA de las fuerzas armadas de los Estados Unidos. Incluyendo las fuerzas militares estatales o de reserva de las fuerzas armadas. 4. Un niño que está o ha estado bajo la custodia del Departamento de Familia y Servicios de Protección (CPS) después de una audiencia de asesoramiento respecto de la extirpación del niño de la custodia de un padre, guardián, u otro cuidado 5. El estudiante no tiene hogar de acuerdo con las directrices del estado.

Que traer:

• Certificado de nacimiento • registro de vacunas actualizado • Prueba de residencia (Recibo de la luz con el nombre y dirección o 911 de alquiler o contrato de arrendamiento)

• Licencia de conducir • Tarjeta de seguro Social • Reporte de las Calificación de los grados del distrito alistado o actual del último año (si es aplicable) • Prueba de ingresos (Pre-K requiere si es aplicable) • Foster o CPS Documentos (Pre-K se requiere si es aplicable) • Documentación Militar (Pre-K se requiere si es aplicable)
