Access to Property PITTBURG ISD NOTICE OF REFUSAL OF ENTRY OR EJECTION FROM DISTRICT PROPERTY In accordance with Education Code 37.105, a school administrator, school resource officer(SRO), or district police officer shall have the authority to refuse entry or eject a person from district property if the person refuses to leave peaceably on request and: 1. The person poses a substantial risk of harm to any person; or 2. The person behaves in a manner that is inappropriate for a school setting, and the person persists in the behavior after being given a verbal warning that the behavior is inappropriate and may result in refusal of entry or ejection. Appeals regarding refusal of entry or ejection from district property may be filed in accordance with FNG(LOCAL) or GF(LOCAL), as appropriate. AVISO DE DENEGACIÓN DE INGRESO O EXSPULSIÓN DE PROPIEDAD DEL DISTRITO DE PITTSBURG ISD Conforme al Código de Educación 37.015, un administrador de la escuela, funcionario de recursos de la escuela (SRO) u official policía del distrito tendrán autoridad para denegarle el ingreso o expulsar a una persona de propiedad del distrito si la persona se niega a retirarse pacificamente ante su solicitud y: 1. La persona representa un sustancial riesgo de daño para alguna persona; o 2. La persona se comporta de forma que es inapropiada para un ambiente escolar y la persona persiste con la conducta después que se le haya dado una advertencia verbal indicando que la conducta es inapropiada y esto podrá dar como resultado la denegación de su ingreso o su expulsión. Las apelaciones relacionadas con la denegación de ingreso o expulsión de propiedad del distrito podrán presentarse conforme a FNG(LOCAL) o GF(LOCAL), según corresponda.
