WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend the above Lease. NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the consideration hereinaf1er mentioned covenant and agree that the said Lease is amended, effective, May 1, 2007 as follows:
The parties hereto agree that by execution of this Supplemental Lease Agreement (SLA) Number 6 that the entirety of the leased premises have been accepted as substantially complete by the GSA.
